  1. Arrange business meetings with prospective partners and associates.
  2. Collecting and maintaining client information in the organization’s database.
  3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients.
  4. Assist with drafting business plans, networking pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  5. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers and screen potential business opportunities in line with strategies.
  6. Obtain contact information of potential clients and partners through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
  7. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

Input required: 15-20 hours / week


  • Very strong research, writing, proof reading, editing, and analytical skills required.
  • Detail oriented, organised and the ability to deliver within deadlines.
