  1. Represent Tayaba and its cause in a responsible and strictly appropriate manner.
  2. Demonstrate strong and effective interpersonal skills when engaging with others on behalf of Tayaba, as well as colleagues and administrative members.
  3. Identify, contact and communicate successfully with potential donors by generating on-going, impactful relationships that can be built upon in the future.
  4. Facilitate the arrangement of meetings between prospective donors, partners and Tayaba executives (as and when necessary), as well as assisting in the smooth set-up of any technological platform being used.
  5. Create an organized sheet of donor/partner contact information, including all other relevant details.
  6. Efficiently manage and transfer any funds collected on on individual level.
  7. Promote Tayaba and push for inclusion in charity events at your respective institution and the societies therein.
  8. Assist in the development of proposals, and pitch suggestions for improved fundraising and outreach methods.

Input required: 5 – 10 hours / week


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Task management with flexibility and adaptability
  •  Effective marketing ability with technical skills (MS Office)
  • Familiar with online meeting platforms e.g. Zoom, Google Meet etc.
